Necessary products:
2 eggs
180 g flour
500 g of apples
200 g of sugar
100 g cocoa
100 ml rum
100 ml of fresh milk
1 pack. baking powder
50 g walnuts
pinch of salt
melted chocolate or powdered sugar
lubricating oil
Method of preparation:
Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the flour, baking powder, milk, rum and cocoa and make a dough. Peel the apples and cut them into pieces, mix them with the walnuts and add to the dough. Grease a baking dish with oil, put the mixture in it and bake at 200 degrees for 50 minutes. Spread the finished cake with melted chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
