Required products :

1 teaspoon sugar
1/3 teaspoon oil
1/3 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon water or brewed coffee
1 teaspoon vinegar

For the glaze:

1/4 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons soy milk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

 

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

Mix the flour with the sugar, cocoa, salt and soda. Pour water or coffee, vanilla extract, oil and vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly and transfer the dough to a suitable form.

Bake the marshmallows in the preheated oven, about 30 minutes are enough. Remove and allow to cool. Start making the glaze.

Mix the sugar with the oil and soy milk in a small saucepan and place on the hob. Add the cocoa and let the mixture boil, remembering to stir. Simmer for 2 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat and do not stop stirring for the next 5 minutes. Finally, add the vanilla extract.

Apply the finished icing on the cooled tray and leave the cake for about an hour until the coating cools completely.
