How To Cook Chocolate Cake Without Flour With Raspberries - Recipe

Required products :

  • 170 grams of unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 340 grams of dark chocolate, broken in bulk
  • 6 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • pinch of salt

For garnish :

  • cocoa powder
  • fresh raspberries

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Grease a round pan about 23 cm in size with oil.
  • Mix the chocolate and butter in a fireproof bowl and melt them over a pot of boiling water. The bowl should not touch the water.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and salt for about 5-8 minutes until smooth and thick.
  • Carefully add the cooled chocolate mixture and stir to distribute evenly.
  • Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 35-45 minutes.
  • Wait for it to cool completely before transferring it to a tray of the appropriate size.
  • Serve the chocolate cake sprinkled with cocoa and garnished with fresh raspberries.
