Required products :

  • 400 grams of peanut paste
  • 250 grams of powdered sugar
  • 100 grams of oil at room temperature

For the glaze:

  • 200 grams of chocolate
  • 50 grams of butter

Method of preparation :

Mix the peanut paste, butter and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix by hand until a homogeneous "dough" is obtained. From it, form "candies", arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper and put in the refrigerator for an hour.

Meanwhile, break the chocolate into pieces and mix it with the butter, cut into cubes. Melt the products in a water bath.

When you take the candies out of the fridge, stick a toothpick or cocktail skewer in each of them and dip them in the middle in the chocolate glaze. Wait for the excess chocolate to drain and arrange the sweet temptations on baking paper. Refrigerate again to harden the glaze.

Serve with tea or coffee.
