Learn how to cook "Chocolate chips from cocoa, honey and butter". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 75 grams of butter
- 75 grams of honey
- 40 grams of cocoa powder
Method of preparation :
- Cover a rectangular tray (or two loaves) with baking paper. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add honey and cocoa and mix well until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Cut into pieces and store the chocolate chips in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use in recipes for biscuits, creams, cakes or desserts.
