Required products :
 
100 grams of butter
100 grams of sugar
2 eggs
200 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
50 milliliters of orange juice
peel of 1 orange
50 grams of walnuts or other nuts of your choice
100 grams of chocolate for the dough + 200 grams for the glaze
 
Method of preparation :
 
Beat the softened butter with the sugar and add the eggs one by one. Then sift the flour with baking powder and make a dough. Add to it the orange juice, grated citrus peel, crushed walnuts or other nuts and 100 grams of chocolate.
 
Spread the dough on the bottom of a pan that you have previously covered with parchment. Bake the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
 
Let the cake stay in the mold for 10 minutes, then remove to cool completely on a wire rack.
 
Melt 200 grams of chocolate and pour over the dessert. Put it in the refrigerator so that the coating can harden.
