Melt the butter, add the flour and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
Then pour in the milk and allow the combination to thicken. Then sweeten with both types of sugar and wait for the crystals to melt.
Transfer the mixture to a wide form, the bottom of which should be covered with "dough" and the layer should be about 1 centimeter. Allow it to cool, then cut into strips from which to form rolls. Distribute the nuts in them, and the filling can be of your choice - chocolate, dried fruit or another preferred product.
Roll the Turkish delight in the coconut shavings and enjoy its taste.
