Method of preparation :
Separate the pomegranate seeds from the peel and the hard parts of the fruit. Leave for decoration 2 tablespoons of them, as well as some raspberries.
Mix the remaining fruits, add the cashews and peanut butter, pour the milk and beat the products for 2-3 minutes using a blender.
Transfer the finished mixture to a deep plate or bowl, garnish with pomegranate seeds, raspberries and coconut shavings. If you wish, you can "paint" strokes with cream.
