Required products :
120 grams of dark chocolate
3 tablespoons vanilla sugar
250 milliliters of boiled espresso
700 milliliters of milk
Method of preparation :
Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring to the boil and immediately remove the pan from the heat.
Pour 500 milliliters of it into a large jug and add the coffee. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar, and with the other 2 tablespoons of it sweeten the remaining milk. Bring it to the boil as well, then remove the pan. Add the broken chocolate pieces and stir until completely dissolved.
All you have to do is pour the chocolate milk over the coffee and beat with an egg whisk, for example.
The aromatic drink is ready. You can distribute in suitable cups and serve.
