Necessary products:
100 grams of spinach
1 sour apple
4 radishes
1 onion
2 eggs
lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Sol
1 tbsp sugar
tarragon
parsley
Method of preparation:
Wash and chop the spinach and lettuce. Cut the apple into pieces, the radishes into circles, the onion into circles. Boil the eggs.
Mix the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix all products except eggs, season with the resulting sauce and stir. Sprinkle the salad with chopped tarragon and parsley, arrange the sliced eggs on the side and serve.
