Required products :

200 grams of flour

100 grams of butter

2 tablespoons cocoa

50 grams of sugar

1 tablespoon sour cream

5 tablespoons fresh milk

 

Method of preparation :

Knead the dough from all the products and roll it out thinly. Then cut a heart using a suitable mold. You can make other figurines, of course.

Sprinkle the hearts with sugar, glue them in half and sprinkle again with the sweet crystals.

Bake the cookies in the oven at medium heat until done.
