Required products :
30 grams of butter
50 grams of sour cream (high fat)
200 grams of cottage cheese
3 sprigs of fresh dill
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Pass the curd through a sieve, remove the stems of fennel stalks, melt the butter.
Season the curd with salt and ground black pepper to taste, mix thoroughly. Then add the cream, melted butter and finely chopped dill. Mix all products again. A uniform, delicate texture should be obtained.
Store in a glass jar placed in the refrigerator.
