Necessary products:
- 100 grams of coarsely ground cornflakes
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1/2 cup natural starch
- salt to taste
- 2 finely chopped marinated jalapenos
- 250 grams of cream cheese
- frying oil
Method of preparation:
Put the cream cheese in a bowl and season it with hot peppers and salt to taste.
Stir and cool. Mix the flour with the starch and pour the cornflakes into a plate.
Take the cream cheese from the mixture and form croquettes.
Roll them in the white mixture and then in the cornflakes.
Heat the fat, fry the croquettes and strain them. Serve with a sauce of your choice and a slice of lime or lemon.
