Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tea panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1/4 tea cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large broken eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 220 degrees.

Put a baking tray on a tray and spray it with kitchen spray.

Heat olive oil in a pan and after it closes, add the panko breadcrumbs and fry it, stirring constantly, until golden - for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate and allow to cool completely.
