Required products :

  • dandelion leaves to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 1 orange

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons wine or balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper - to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the dandelion leaves. Fry the bacon, boil the eggs hard and peel them, after they have cooled enough, cut them into large circles.

Peel an orange, cut it into slices and mix all the prepared products in the salad bowl.

Make the dressing by putting the peeled onions and garlic cloves in a blender bowl, add the mustard to them, pour in the olive oil and vinegar, season to taste and beat until smooth.

 

Season the salad with this sauce and serve immediately.

You can adjust the amount of onion and garlic according to your taste preferences. In addition to a blender, it is an option to use a shaker to prepare the sauce. If you have any left over, store it in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container.
