Required products :

  • 1/2 banana puree
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed flour
  • 4 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup coconut shavings, unsweetened
  • 1/4 tea cup of orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

For garnish :

  • orange slices, without flakes
  • honey

Method of preparation :

  • In a large bowl, combine the banana puree, almond milk, flaxseed flour and 2 teaspoons of coconut oil. Stir and wait about 10 minutes for the mixture to thicken.
  • Add the oatmeal, coconut shavings, orange juice, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir well.
  • Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of dough from the dough and form a circle with a diameter of about 7-8 centimeters.
  • Bake for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  • Serve the banana pancakes garnished with orange and honey slices.
