Breakfast can be made from a few products, but it doesn't have to be boring. All you need for this sandwich is bread, mayonnaise and yellow cheese.

Required products :

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 80 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Put the yellow cheese between the two slices of bread and spread mayonnaise on the outside of the slices.

Heat a frying pan and bake the sandwich, pressing with a spatula if you want to speed up the melting of the yellow cheese. When the sandwich becomes golden and crispy on both sides, season with salt to taste and serve immediately to enjoy the melting cheese.
