Required products :

1 teaspoon mashed potatoes
2 eggs, beaten with a fork
1/2 teaspoon butter at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon warm water
5 teaspoons flour

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, eggs and butter.
Add sugar, salt, yeast and warm water and stir.
Add the flour and knead a smooth and elastic dough.
Transfer to a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
Remove it on a lightly floured surface and knead briefly to release air bubbles.
Divide the dough into two equal parts and shape the loaves.
Put them in two greased forms with approximate dimensions of 20/10/5 centimeters.
Cover and leave to rise for 30-40 minutes until doubled.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes. It should sound hollow when you tap it on top.
Remove the potato bread from the pan and let it cool for at least 15 minutes.
Cut, serve and enjoy.
