Required products (for 1 serving) :

  • 1 tablespoon spicy tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fried canned beans
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
  • salt and pepper


Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees.

Put half of the sauce on the bottom of the casserole, beans on it and cover the remaining amount of tomato spice.

Make a dent in the mixture and beat the egg in it, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.

Season with a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of salt.

Bake the dish in the oven for 15 minutes. When you take it out, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve immediately.
