How To Cook Energy Bars With Dried Fruits, Nuts And Honey - Recipe

Necessary products:

1.5 tsp wheat flakes

1 tsp cereal (in the form of wheels)

0.5 tsp dry unsalted peanuts

0.5 tsp ground dried fruits (raisins, prunes, dates, apricots, etc.)

1/3 tsp brown sugar

1/3 tsp honey

3 tablespoons butter (maybe peanuts)

Method of preparation:

In a bowl, mix the wheat flakes, breakfast cereals, peanuts and dried fruits. In a suitable bowl, pour the brown sugar, butter and honey and put on the stove until smooth, stirring constantly (the sugar should melt completely). Add the mix of fruits, nuts and cereals to the sweet mixture, stir. Grease a square dish with oil and pour the resulting "dough" into it and press it. Refrigerate to firm. Once this is done, remove and cut the dessert into squares or rectangles. Store in the refrigerator.
