Required products :

2 teaspoons flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
90 grams of cold butter
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons honey
1 egg yolk, lightly beaten

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Cut the cold butter on top and rub it with your fingers until it forms large crumbs. Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the buttermilk with the honey and stir.
Add to the butter crumbs and knead a soft dough.
