Required products :
200 grams of rice
5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon oil
1 bunch green onions
2 eggs
Method of preparation :
Peel the garlic cloves, chop them finely and fry in 1 tablespoon of hot oil.
Then add the rice, fry it.
It's time for the eggs. Stir.
A few minutes later, add the chopped green onions. Stir and after 2 minutes pour a little water. Close the pan with a lid and let the dish cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve with soy sauce.
