How To Cook Fried Zucchini With Processed Cheese And Garlic Mayonnaise With Dill - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Fried zucchini with melted cheese and garlic mayonnaise with dill". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of zucchini
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves (you can use more if you prefer)
  • bunch of dill or parsley (maybe half a bunch)
  • 50 grams of melted cheese
  • 50 grams of mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons flour (or as needed to roll the zucchini)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying zucchini
  • black pepper (freshly ground) and salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Washed zucchini and cut into thin circles without peeling. Add a little salt, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and roll in flour.

Cut the melted cheese into thin slices.

Fry the zucchini on one side in hot oil. Once they turn red, turn and after a few minutes put a piece of melted cheese on each circle.

Fry until it begins to melt. Once this is done, remove the zucchini.

Mash the garlic, finely chop the dill / parsley and mix the two spices. Add mayonnaise to them, add salt to taste and stir.

 

Serve the zucchini with the aromatic sauce.
