Necessary products:

  • 150 grams of margarine
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 1 pack. baking powder
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1 pack. vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams of skim milk or sour cream
  •  fruits of your choice

Method of preparation:

Mix the margarine with the milk, add the baking powder and stir. Then add both types of sugar and stir again. Eggs and milk follow. You should get a dough with the consistency of thick cream. Transfer to a pan greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Arrange fruit on top. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Do not open the oven for the first 20 minutes (it is best not to open it at all until it is completely baked). Allow the dessert to cool in the pan and then cut it.
