Required products :
130 grams of strawberries (6 - 7 pieces)
80 grams of banana - 1 banana
130 grams of grapefruit (1/2 fruit)
120 grams of kiwi (1 fruit)
3 tablespoons natural yogurt
1 tablespoon ginger syrup
Method of preparation :
Cut the banana, strawberries and kiwi into approximately equal pieces. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half. Mix the fruits in a suitable container and pour a combination of milk and ginger syrup. A light and tasty fruit salad is obtained.
