Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of flavored minced meat
  • 1 head of garlic, peeled
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 head old onion
  • half a bunch of fresh mint
  • salt, red and black pepper
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 300 grams of boiled large beans
  • 1-2 leaves of kale
  • 1 red pepper
  • oil for stuffing
  • 100 milliliters of red wine
  • 500 milliliters of meatball broth

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, form meatballs and boil them. When ready, set aside and strain the broth and set aside. In another pan, heat the fat in which you fry the finely chopped fresh and old onions, carrots, peppers, whole garlic cloves.

Season with fresh mint, finely chopped, salt, black and red pepper and stir. Add the chopped kale leaves, pour the beans, pour the wine and boiling broth.

Put the meatballs in the dish and let it simmer on low heat until ready. Cool and serve the stew sprinkled with fresh mint.
