Required products :

 

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 120 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of honey
  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 1 teaspoon liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon leavening agent

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the raisins with the liqueur for 20 minutes.

Make a cream from the softened butter, beaten egg and honey.

Mix well and add the flour with the leavening agent.

Knead a soft dough.

Mash the raisins and add them to the dough.

Form balls of it, which you arrange in a tray, the bottom of which you have previously covered with baking paper.

Place at some distance from each other.

Bake the gingerbread for 15 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.

Allow to cool before serving.
