Necessary products:

1 head of garlic

1 teaspoon + 7 tablespoons olive oil

3 1/2 teaspoons flour

2 teaspoons fast-acting yeast

2 teaspoons salt

1 1/3 tea cup warm water

Method of preparation:

Roast the garlic first. To do this, preheat the oven to 190 degrees and put in it a head of garlic, placed in a square shape made of foil. Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil and wrap with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Then let it cool and mash. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir, mashing.

Then knead, divide into 2 parts, form balls of them, stretch them to get oval shapes measuring 25 x 15 cm. Spread the garlic filling on the dough, cover again with a towel and leave for 20 minutes. Then place the loaves in the pan and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
