How To Cook Green Salad With Chicken, Avocado, Quinoa And Beans - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Green salad with chicken, avocado, quinoa and beans". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 cups lettuce
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 can of canned beans, drained
  • 1 cup roasted chicken, finely chopped
  • 2 peppers, cleaned and cut into cubes
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • hot sauce if desired

Method of preparation :

Divide the lettuce into 4 plates. Mix together the quinoa, beans, chicken, peppers, avocados, cheddar cheese and tomato sauce. Season with fresh coriander, salt and pepper to taste. Combine the bean mixture with lettuce and season with hot sauce.
