Required products :
- 2 teaspoons baby spinach
- 2 green apples
- 1 teaspoon strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 10 ice cubes
For garnish :
- whole berries
Method of preparation :
- Wash the spinach under cold running water and leave it in a colander to drain.
- Wash, peel and clean the apples, then cut them into cubes.
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and clean them from the petals.
- Peel a banana, grate it and slice it.
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the green smoothie into glasses, garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.
