Required products :

  • 5 cups of oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup apple puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 apple, cut into cubes

Method of preparation :

Grind 1 cup of oatmeal for 30 seconds. Transfer them to a bowl, add the remaining oats, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Stir to combine the products.

Mix the eggs, apple puree, maple syrup well with a whisk. Pour the oatmeal into this mixture and mix well.

Pour the products into a rectangular baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with apple slices and lightly press them to the dough.

Bake for 20-30 minutes at 170 degrees. Cool and cut.
