Necessary products :

  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 handful of fresh arugula
  • connection green onions
  • 1 peeled cucumber
  • 100 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • olives for decoration
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • olive oil and salt to taste
  • juice of half a lemon

 

Method of preparation:

The salad is washed. Dry well and chop finely. Place in a suitable larger bowl to mix and taste more easily. To it are added the pre-cleaned, chopped fresh onion and the cucumber cut into crescents. Add the arugula, maybe whole. Season with olive oil, salt to taste and lemon juice. Stir gently. The salad is served garnished with cherry tomatoes, olives and parsley.
