Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons green tea, boiled and cooled
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pieces of mango, frozen
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 teaspoons spinach
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 handful of fresh mint

For garnish :

  • pieces of mango
  • fresh mint leaves

Method of preparation :

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into cups and garnish with pieces of mango and fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve the healthy smoothie and consume immediately.
