Required products :

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • raspberries / or other fruits of your choice /

Method of preparation :

  • Peel a banana, grate it and squeeze the juice.
  • Add the eggs and mix well to distribute evenly.
  • Grease the muffin tin and add a few raspberries to each nest.
  • Pour over the banana mixture and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 12 minutes.
  • Allow the muffins to cool slightly before removing them from the pan.
