Required products :

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 carrot
  • half a red beet
  • 1 parsnip root
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 140 degrees. Peel and grate the vegetables on a fine grater. Put them in a bowl and season with salt, garlic, paprika and olive oil.

Stir the vegetables, cover a tray with a sheet of parchment and arrange them. Bake until done, it will take you about 40 minutes. Cool, arrange on a plate and serve.
