Required products :

For swamps :

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2/3 tea cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 420 grams of pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For the glaze :

  • 180 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 225 grams of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 480 grams of powdered sugar, sifted

Method of preparation :

 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover with baking paper a tray measuring approximately 23/33 centimeters.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until smooth.
  • Add the pumpkin oil and puree and stir with a wooden spoon.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir again.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Cool the marsh for about 10 minutes and turn it over on a wire rack to cool completely.
  • During this time, prepare the glaze by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl and beat them with a mixer for 3-5 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
