Required products :
- 150 grams of unsalted butter
- about 100 grams of honey
- 100 grams of powdered sugar (you can use less, not more)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- vanilla on request
- pinch of salt
Method of preparation :
The oil should be at room temperature. Put it in a suitable bowl and beat for 1-2 minutes until fluffy (you can use a blender or mixer for this purpose).
Then add to it powdered sugar, honey, cinnamon, vanilla (optional), a pinch of salt and stir.
Beat the combination to make it completely homogeneous.
Before serving the delicious honey-butter cream, cool it. It is suitable for spreading on a slice, for sweetening porridge, you could cover cake trays with it, serve with cookies or pancakes.
