Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons topped with mustard seeds
  • salt, red and black pepper, oregano and other favorite spices - to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 6 pieces each. Arrange them in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with foil, you can also put a sheet of baking paper. Sprinkle with a little spice and pour plenty of oil.

Place them in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes (of course, check readiness).

While the potatoes are baking, make a mixture of the spices.

Mash the garlic, add red and black pepper, oregano and whatever else you prefer. Pour soy sauce, add honey and mustard seeds. Mix everything and pour the resulting aromatic combination evenly over the prepared potatoes. Return them to the oven for another 10 minutes and the garnish is ready.

Serve with chopped parsley or tartar sauce.
