Required products :
- 2 large potatoes
- 3/4 teaspoon onion, chopped in bulk
- 1/3 tea cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation :
- Wash and cut the potatoes into cubes.
- Put a pot of water on high heat and after it boils, transfer the potatoes to it.
- Boil them for 10-15 minutes, slightly softened, but be careful not to overcook them.
- Drain the water and set the potatoes aside to cool.
- In a clean glass jar, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic paste and salt. Close the jar tightly and shake vigorously.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with the onion and garlic dressing and stir gently to taste.
- Store the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Divide into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley.
