Required products :
5 - 8 kiwis of medium size
1 medium apple
1 lemon
100 milliliters of apple juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
honey to taste (or sugar)
1 cup ice cubes
Method of preparation :
The fruit must be well ripened and not rotten or damaged. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces. Pour into the bowl of the blender, add the ice and beat until smooth.
Squeeze the lemon juice, strain it and pour in the fruit puree together with the apple juice. Taste and if you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey (or sugar). Cinnamon is also optional.
