How To Cook Lasagna With Pasta, Beef And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 500 grams of pasta of your choice
  • 5 cloves garlic, pressed
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 800 grams of canned tomatoes, mashed
  • 3-4 teaspoons of water
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • fresh basil, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
  • Stew the minced meat, garlic and dried herbs in a large saucepan over medium heat until the meat is slightly browned.
  • Season with salt and pepper and add the tomatoes, water and pasta. Stir and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Cook for about 8 minutes or until the pasta is completely cooked.
  • Remove from the heat, add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir.
  • Pour the lasagna into a pan and sprinkle with the grated cheese and grated yellow cheese.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese and cheese are melted and golden.
  • Serve the lasagna warm, garnished with fresh basil.
