Required products :
- 1/2 lettuce
- 2 teaspoons sweet corn
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation :
In a salad bowl, chop the lettuce, add the corn and cherry tomatoes - cut them in half if needed. Add 3/4 of the diced avocado and put the rest in a blender.
In the blender jug with the avocado, pour 1/3 tea cup of water, lemon juice and hot pepper, season with salt and pepper.
Blend and pour the resulting dressing over the salad. Stir and serve.
