Necessary products:

  • 210 grams of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 115 grams of unsalted soft butter
  • 200 grams of crystal sugar
  • 1 egg at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 240 milliliters of whole milk
  • 10-15 wooden sticks

for the glaze

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of powdered sugar
  • 3 teaspoons confectionery cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

for decoration

  • 100 grams of white chocolate
  • 100 grams of colorful sugar sticks

Method of preparation:

Mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, salt and butter. Stir with your hands. In another bowl, beat the egg, along with the sugar, vanilla and pour the milk. Combine the two mixtures and make a dough. Don't worry if it turns out crumbly, that's exactly what its consistency should be.

Cover a tray with a sheet of parchment, make small balls of dough and arrange them. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.

Cool and place sticks on each ball. In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar, cream and vanilla. Stir and dip the lollipops in the mixture.

Optionally, color white chocolate and glaze with it, sprinkle with sugar sticks. Arrange in a suitable place so that the glaze dries faster.

Submit and enjoy them.

Enjoy!
