Required products :
350 milliliters of boiling water
10 marigold flowers
5 grams of green tea
10 grams of fresh ginger
1 cinnamon stick
Method of preparation :
Wash the flowers of calendula, dry and tear into petals.
Peel and slice the ginger, pour over the water and place on the hob. Once it boils, cook for 5 minutes. Put marigold, cinnamon and green tea in a jug, pour boiling water over them with ginger, close the jar with a lid for 5 minutes to brew the tea and you're done.
