Required products :
1 kg of potatoes
150 ml of cream or milk
1 onion
150 grams of cream cheese
salt and green spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the onions and potatoes, boil them together (without slicing the onions) until the potatoes are ready. Then remove the onion from the pan and transfer the potatoes to a blender. Add the cream cheese to them and pour in the warm milk / cream. Beat everything until smooth. The puree is ready.
Add salt to taste and serve with chopped fresh green spices.
