Necessary products

For the meatballs:

500 grams of minced meat of your choice
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1/4 tea cup bread crumbs
1/4 tea cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground sweet red pepper
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
salt and ground black pepper to taste

For the sauce:

1 finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon finely chopped dill
1 teaspoon ground sweet red pepper
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 teaspoons water
3 teaspoons frozen pea
oil

Method of preparation :

Put the minced meat in a suitable dish, add the egg, chopped onion, bread crumbs and spices.

 

Knead and shape the meatballs, which you store in the refrigerator for an hour.

 

Deal with the sauce. Fry onion until golden, add parsley and dill, stir. Then add the red pepper, salt, pepper and pour the water.
When it boils, add the meatballs and peas (the water should cover the meatballs).


Reduce the heat and let the products cook for 25-30 minutes.


You can serve the finished dish with rice.
