Required products :
600 grams of natural yogurt (or kefir) with a fat content of about 2.5%
250 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
2 well-ripened bananas
200 grams of spinach
3 tablespoons einkorn bran
3 tablespoons liquid honey
Preparation :
Wash the spinach and separate the leaves, only they are used to make the smoothie.
Put them in a blender, add the natural yogurt, sliced bananas, cottage cheese. Put the einkorn and honey bran. Beat all products at high speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The smoothie is ready, distribute it in suitable cups and serve.
