How To Cook Milk Smoothie With Broccoli, Potatoes And Cheddar Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 250 grams of potatoes and broccoli
  • 75 grams of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder, ground turmeric and salt


Method of preparation :

Peel the potatoes and then boil them. Boil the broccoli and peel the garlic. Then cut the products, including the cheese

Pour the milk into a saucepan and place on the stove. Once the liquid boils, pour half of it into a blender, keep the rest hot.

Add garlic, potatoes, broccoli, cheese, turmeric and curry to the milk in the blender. Close the appliance tightly and beat the ingredients on low speed for 30 seconds. Then, without turning off the blender, pour in the remaining milk and increase the speed to maximum. After half a minute of beating you will have a homogeneous mixture, which you add salt and serve.
