Method of preparation:
Clean, wash and dry the mushrooms. Heat the butter and fry them whole. Drain the fat and cool. Boil, peel and slice the potatoes.
Put them in a bowl, add the mushrooms and add chopped fresh onions, lemon juice, garlic, chopped dill and parsley and mayonnaise.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir, cool and serve the salad cold, accompanied by a drink of your choice.
