Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon almonds
  • 1 teaspoon pecans
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut (or coconut chips)
  • 1/4 tea cup flaxseed
  • 1/4 tea cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 tea cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and grease with baking paper (use coconut oil, which you smear with a brush, or spray with cooking spray).

In a large bowl, combine almonds, pecans, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, coconut, flaxseed, sunflower, sesame seeds. Season with salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, coconut oil and vanilla until smooth.

Pour this mixture over the nuts and mix well. Spread the nuts on the pan in a thin layer.

Bake for about 20-23 minutes, until golden brown.

Allow the mixture to cool completely in the pan before storing in a tightly closed jar.
